- Our Auto Login feature has been providing our clients’ members a seamless way to Renew Membership, Register for an event or Donate to a particular campaign. The entire interface is designed to be data driven and once setup, staff can create their own redirect options.
- Target marketing campaigns with parameters built in for a more accurate gauge of campaign success. Once our structure is set up, it helps create custom campaigns and post campaign analysis.
- Web integration and workflow changes for better usability and accessibility for members and affiliates. We have implemented Membership Forms, Meeting Registration forms, custom Donations pages that allow collection of appropriate information without compromising ease of use.
- Anonymous Donations without requiring users to log on. By creating a unique structure, we allow users an option to donate anonymously in an effort to increase the target market. This is especially true since most AMS applications’ web presence have a limitation of requiring a login/account.
- Data Integrity and automated cleanup. By creating automated processes, we have helped clients keep their membership data clean. The processes are uniquely based on each client’s business rules and yet allow scalability to add more rules in the future.
- We have created and Automated Confirmation emails for Membership Joins and Renewals, Meeting Registrations and any other types of payment processing confirmations (Orders, Donations). This has helped reduce costs in staff time and print/postage.
- With the USPS enforcing a 95 day NCOA (National Change of Address) update, we implemented a process to provide this as part of our service and automated several parts of the process.
- With new technologies, we have been able to provide clients to dynamically generate Membership Cards online for their members to download and print.
